This form must be submitted to gain approval to use the GreenPower Event logo. You will receive an immediate response once the form is submitted.

If you would like your event listed on the GreenPower website you will also need to complete this form.

Please note: The information you provide will only be used to audit GreenPower events to ensure the GreenPower logo is used by events purchasing GreenPower.

give permission to the GreenPower program to contact your electrcitiy supplier and/or GreenPower provider to verify your organisation's electricity use and GreenPower purchases; and
